Group and Camp Outings
To request a date for a group outing at Rainbow Falls, download the request form located below, fill out out in it's entirety, mail or fax it back to our Rental Services Department. Once we have received and reviewed your request form, you will be contacted by the Rental Services Department. Requests are taken on a first come, first serve basis. In the event that your requested date is unavailable, Rental Services can provide you with further options and alternative rental dates at that time. Group / Camp Rate: $9.00 per person
Group / Camp Resident Rate: $7.00 per person
Community Center Room Rentals
The community center rooms are available for rental on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. There is a 2 hour minimum requirement.
$150.00 security deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. All fees must be paid at time of contract signing.

Amenties
- All rooms are air-conditioned
- Rooms are set-up with 6-foot tables and chairs
- Guests will be assisted by a building attendant
- Guests may bring in their own licensed caterer. Caterers must provide Certificate of Insurance.
- AV equipment - There is a portable screen, TV, DVD, VCR, a portable PA system for a rental fee of $100.00
- Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, three compartment sink and coutertop space.
- Kitchen rental fee: $40.00 (Must have rental of Room A) stove if for warming and heating foods only.
Cancellation
- $25.00 Non-refundable processing fee for any candellations.
Private Rentals
Would you like to have an entire water park all to yourself? Rainbow Falls Waterpark is available to rent privately on Saturday and Sunday nights from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Rainbow Falls is the ideal setting for business outings, church outings, birthday parties, family reunions, school parties, and much more. The rates listed below include lifeguards and exclusive use of the Rainbow Falls Waterpark. The adults who reserve the party will be responsible for the conduct of the group. Indoor banquet/party rooms and catering services are available for an additional charge. Rental times may also be extended for an additional charge. A $300 initial payment is due at the time of the booking. The balance is due two weeks prior to the event. Actual count will be taken the day of the rental. Charges are based on the actual count.
