Al Hattendorf Center Facility Rental
The Al Hattendorf Center is the perfect place to hold your next party or special event.The facility holds up to 250 guests and includes the use of a kitchen which includes a stove and refrigerator, gym and stage. Tables and chairs are also included in your rental. Here is a list of what we have available:

Fees and Payment
The hourly fee is $100 per hour and/or $50 per half hour for residents. For nonresidents the hourly fee is $120 per hour and/or $60 per half hour. This is for use of the kitchen, gym, and stage. We also require a $150 damage/security deposit, which will be reissued if there are no problems. If the renter collects a fee for their event, the hourly rental fee is raised to $125/hr.
Rental Availability
The facility is available Saturdays from 1:00pm - 1:00am and on Sundays from Noon - 10:00pm. Bookings must be made 14 days prior to rental date, based upon availability.
Tours of the Facility
Tours are available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6pm to 9pm. Tours must be scheduled in advance by calling: 847-364-7224.

General Rules & Information

Age groups of 13 thru 18 must provide one adult chaperone (21 and over) for every 10 teens

NO helium balloons, smoke machines, candles or incense is permitted

Renter is responsible for their own setup and takedown of tables and chairs. Renter will be given 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for take down for no additional charge. Tables must be wiped off and garbage put in cans provided.
